Juan joined DCI in the fall of 2024. With over 30 years of experience in information technology, systems architecture, and application development, Juan is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of innovation and execution.

Prior to joining DCI, Juan founded, scaled, and successfully exited two technology ventures focused on healthcare revenue cycle management and the food and hospitality industries. His entrepreneurial background and deep expertise in enterprise business solutions bring valuable insight and strategic direction to the organization.

As Director of Information Technology, Juan oversees all technology resources and initiatives, ensuring systems are optimized to support DCI’s mission of placing the right people in the right roles at the right time. He is passionate about aligning technology with business goals and empowering teams through efficient, scalable solutions.
