The success of Direct Contact, Inc. can be directly attributed to our contractors, that hardworking and dedicated group of individuals who tackle the field work on each of our projects.
Our work force resides in over 44 states nationwide.
If you are interested in becoming a DCI independent contractor, please complete this application. You may also call our Recruiting Manager, Sarah Burtch, at 1-800-558-6803, Ext. 119.
In an effort to show our appreciation for our contractors, each month DCI presents a Spotlight feature and Q&A with a DCI contractor. It is one of many ways we show our appreciation for our dedicated and talented contractors.
DCI has been serving as an extension to the field force of the leading agriculture companies in the U.S. for more than two decades. We partner with our clients by providing the boots on the ground that will help to launch new products, fill open territories or markets, support experimental testing or provide sales support in many other ways. We also provide hands-on services such as calibrating corn planters or installing equipment. We provide local agriculture professionals for these services, face-to-face visits, and/or telephone contacts with farmers and agriculture retailers.
Our contractors earn competitive pay and often have opportunities for bonuses. DCI is always seeking talented individuals to add to our roster of agricultural professionals. If you’re semi-retired, a recent graduate, independent contractor, between jobs or maybe just need something new, we would like to hear from you.
DCI helps worldwide crop protection organizations, ag technology companies and other industry leaders meet short or long-term project demands. We assist with product launches, existing portfolio support, sales and support in new and under served markets, research and field development, equipment calibration, service, installations and much more.
Our clients depend on agricultural professionals who can effectively communicate with growers and retailers in person or by phone and are comfortable in their local agricultural business environment. If you have experience in any of the following industry segments, apply today.
