Cassie Tatum is the Recruiting Manager and Director of Social Media & Online Marketing at Direct Contact, Inc. As Recruiting Manager, Cassie leads the talented and experienced DCI Recruiting team in planning, sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding agricultural professionals from every region of the United States. Under Cassie's direction, the DCI Recruiting Team provides a talent pipeline that allows DCI to continue to successfully expand and diversify our project portfolios.

Cassie began her career at DCI as a Recruitment Specialist. During her tenure as a Recruitment Specialist, Cassie demonstrated an outstanding ability to source candidates and build networks from all walks of life and quickly advanced to the role of Senior Recruiter.  Cassie has also served as a Project Manager for DCI. Cassie's attention to detail, strategic planning, and critical thinking skills allowed her to be valued as a PM by contractors and clients alike.

Cassie received her BA in Business Management from Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Missouri. Cassie's roots in ag are deep as she is a 3rd generation farmer and she currently enjoys running her own Registered Angus Cow/Calf operation.

Cassie lives in southeast Missouri with her husband and 3 children.
