Darla’s education and career experience as a consultative sales leader have provided tools necessary to meet client project needs through carefully identifying contractors and proper vetting to ensure suitable placement. In addition to her knowledge of the market, her perseverance, sense of urgency, and strength in communication have proven to be essential to her success. 

Darla received her BA in Special Education and Psychology from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Her passion for agriculture is deep-rooted having grown up in a family grain, hog and cattle farming operation and having lifelong involvement in the family farm partnership. Darla resides in southeast South Dakota with her husband having raised a daughter and son with careers in health care and wind energy.
