Steve Sloan | Director, Business Development

Steve Sloan is the Director of Business Development at DCI. As Director of Business Development, Steve leads the efforts of DCI by identifying new opportunities with both existing and new clients as well as developing new business models that will allow DCI to continue to successfully expand and diversify. 


Steve began his career with DCI as Director, Sales where he was responsible for all sales and managed the team of Account Managers. During Steve's tenure as Director, Sales, DCI experienced unprecedented growth, thusly the desire to continue building long-lasting relationships and future revenue has led to the creation of this new role in our organization. Steve's ability to craft sales plans that build and maintain critical relationships remain a pivotal piece of DCI's success story.

Steve grew up in central Illinois and earned a BS Degree in Agronomy from the University of Illinois. Before joining DCI, Steve worked for companies like StollerUSA, Verdesian Life Sciences and Sharda in various sales and management roles.

Steve and his wife, Julie, currently reside in Normal, IL.
